Please make sure all MVLA Team Managers, coaches, and parents understand the processes MVLA will use for scheduling Fall Games.

Please read the following document posted at the MVLA Website, www.mvlasc.org, on the Rules and Regulations page.  It has been updated as of 7/10/08, so I suggest even veterans refresh their memories and catch up on any changes.  The doc is titled:

Game Scheduling Responsibilities.pdf

This document is for Team Managers and any of their delegates responsible for team game scheduling.  It describes the general process for scheduling games, plus detailed descriptions of Roles and Responsibilities for Team Managers, Field Coordinator, and Referee Coordinator.  Included Addenda also give insight to Arbiter and the various format requirements for Change Requests, reporting Game Problems, and reporting feedback on Referees.

I am happy to answer any questions.  Please contact me by email, but send your query only to me and NOT to the entire Yahoo Group.  If I get enough repeat questions, I will aggregate my answer into another Game Scheduling Update email to the Yahoo Group.
