Please see the attached email if your team is practicing at Foothill this winter.   You can purchase a quarterly parking permit for $29.90 (less than the price of one parking ticket!) online.

To the Frequent Long-Term Parkers at Foothill,
 
After speaking to one of the officers in the parking lot at Foothill, I though you guys might be interested in purchasing a parking permit.
 
It's $26.65 for the winter quarter + $3.25 for the shipping/handling charge (well worth the convenience and the $35 fine for not getting a parking ticket).
 
 
Then click on "Foothill Guests".  This will lead you to the area for purchasing a parking permit.  The officer advised that you can print your receipt out and put it in the window until you receive your permit in the mail.
