Thanks to all of the Abronzino teams for returning your packages on time.  I know it is not an easy task during the vacation season, and I appreciate the extra effort to get things done on time.

Turning my attention to Delgado and US Club registration...

Delgado packages are due back to me by July 10.  Of course earlier is very much appreciated.  One problem area continues to be the online roster.  Please note the following:
1. Correctly alphabetize your roster by last name.
2. Verify each birthdate.
3. Do not use nicknames.  Names must match the birth certificate.
4. Leave the USYSA ID# blank.
5. Provide me with an alternate contact (someone with access to your team's Delgado username/password) if the main contact will be away between now and the end of the month.

US Club  

US Club registration is now open for the 2007-08 season. 

If your team is new to US Club or you wish to add new staff, please send the name, address, email address, and phone number for each adult that will be credentialed for your team.  I'll add your team and your staff, and send an email with your username and password that is used to update your roster.   Follow the next steps for existing US Club teams to complete your registration.

In their continuing quest to eliminate paper forms, US Club has replaced the staff risk management form with an online version.

This form must be completed annually, sometime after July 1.  Your membership type should be Club or Academy.  The club is Foothill FC (#1890).  Staff members cannot get new passcards until this form has been completed.

After each staff member has completed his/her risk management form, ensure that your roster is up-to-date and that a proof of birth (POB) document has been uploaded for any new players.  Click the View button under the Player Management tab to complete this task.

Once staff members have completed the risk management form and rosters are up-to-date, contact me so I can initiate the passcard request.  I will need payment information when passcards are requested.   Fees are $10/staff, $12/player U11 or younger, and $16/player U12 or older.
