We have a club and board meeting, Wednesday, 7:30-9pm at Hillview,
room 17. The agenda:

New business:

2 new teams (Joe Cassin (u12g, fall 2007) and Kyle Ditzler (u10g,
fall 2007))

$25k donation for lahs bathroom facility

Moving to 501c3 status for MVLA:

Existing: 1:02:01 The purpose of this club shall be to develop,
promote, and administer the game of soccer among youth (under
nineteen (19) years of age) within the Foothill Youth Soccer League
territory.

Change to: 1:02:01 The purpose of MVLASC shall be ensuring youth
(under nineteen (19) years of age) of all economic backgrounds within
the Foothill Youth Soccer League territory are provided with the
opportunity to play soccer at the highest possible competence level.
To this end MVLASC shall:

A. Promote, and administer the game of soccer among youth of any
economic background (under nineteen (19) years of age) within the
Foothill Youth Soccer League (FYSL) territory.

B. Provide for the development and maintenance of quality playing
fields within the FYSL territory.

C. Provide needs based scholarships for youths unable to afford the
required costs.

Also, Existing 1:04:01 This club shall be governed by its
Constitution, By-laws, Rules and Regulations, except when these are
superseded by CYSA.

Insert a new 1:04:01 In execution of its purpose, MVLASC shall
establish itself as an IRC 501c3 corporation tax exempt entity and
comply with all laws and regulations of such an corporation entity
type.

Change to 1:04:01 MVLASC shall be governed by the laws and
regulations of IRC 501c3 corporations entities, its Constitution, By-
laws, Rules and Regulations, except when these are superseded by CYSA.
