I am attaching a current summary of board positions and initial
candidates. Please let me know if you would like to run for any of
the offices, particularly those offices without any candidates. We
need a new Registrar beginning this Spring. You can get the detailed
description of the positions in the MVLA constitution, on our MVLA
Website.

Any proposed constitutional amendment must be sent to Alan
(alan.carr@...) or myself (RodneyRobinson@...) by
midnight on January 17th.

All teams should have at least one representative in this AGM

Rodney

Chairman: non-voting board member, unless tie vote. Rodney will run
again for 2007

Vice Chairman: voting. Albertin will run again for 2007

Registrar: voting. OPEN, no candidates. Pays $1/player/season.

Coaching director: voting. OPEN, no candidates

Delgado representative: voting. Simon will run again for 2007.

Abronzino representative: voting. Alberto will run again for 2007.

Field Coordinator: voting. jeanine will run again for 2007.

Fund raising coordinator: voting. OPEN, no candidates.

Treasurer: voting. Jack will run again in 2007.

Referee coordinator: voting. Tom will run again in 2007.

Secretary: voting. Open, no candidates

The board typically meets in one private session/month (1.5 hours)
and meets with the club for an hour once/month.
