Susan Debad, Montgomery County Road Runners Club’s Office Manager and Rockville 5/10K Volunteer Coordinator asked me to facilitate getting the word out that this race, like all races doesn’t happen without volunteers.   Please help out if at all possible. Also if you are participating in the race, solicit friends and family members to give their support as well.  That way they can cheer you on and help with the race!

Please volunteer at the Rockville 10K/5K – we need lots of help!!

This year's race will be held on Sunday, November 2.  Volunteers are still needed for all positions, but we are in special need of course marshals.   If you are planning to run the race, you can still help out at Packet Stuffing (Thursday Oct. 30) or Packet Pickup (Saturday Nov. 1 or pre-race on Nov. 2).  If you're available to volunteer, please go to: http://www.mcrrc.org/races/Rockville10k5k/
