5K COED RUNNERS (CR) is a Montgomery County Road Runners Club's Summer (3.1 miles) Training Program. This running program targets the Rockville 5K each fall. This non-competitive program is designed for nonrunners and those currently unable to run as much as 20-30 minutes without stopping.
5K WALKING PROGRAM (WP) takes place in conjunction with the CBR program, also targeting the Rockville 5K. Walking builds a foundation for fitness. If you have not been active at all, and you have reservations about your fitness level, this may be the program for you. This walking program focuses on extending duration of your activity.
