Paper towels, case of water, glow sticks to identify
van and runners, bananas, pretzels, sleeping bags, two
clipboards with watch and pen attached, and pass on
the cooler - it's a waste of space. The transition
areas and many of the exchange points have first aid
stuff and ice for emergencies. Refill the water
bottles and don't slam the door on anybody's hand.
