Hi,
this is my teams first relay... i'm in charge of transporation and
don't want to screw it up! for a 12 person team, do most groups get
two 12 passenger vans? or is there something else i should be looking
into?

We used 2 mini-vans the first year of the GMR and one mini-van and one SUV the second. Both worked out (we did have additional vehicles stashed along the route...

Seth If you plan on sleeping in the van that is the best way to go. You may also want to consider removing some of the middle seats and putting air mattress's...
