Our 9 person team spent $1,100 with the largest expenses being transportation followed by food/drink. We had free nights at the hotel the evening prior so that total doesn't include lodging.

of how much total this is going to cost. So far, I'm thinking:
van rental
fuel
hotel
food
registration fee
Am I forgetting any potential costs? And, can anyone ballpark me what
they've spent in the past?
