I'm putting together a team or newbies, and I'm trying to get an idea
of how much total this is going to cost. So far, I'm thinking:

van rental
fuel
hotel
food
registration fee

Am I forgetting any potential costs? And, can anyone ballpark me what
they've spent in the past?
