I don't think there is a training program specifically for a relay. I (and I think others) who are doing the regular relay (as opposed to the ultra) train as if they are running a half marathon. If you are looking for training programs you can check out http://www.halhigdon.com/. You should also add some days where you run twice in one day (morning and evening) so your body gets used to doing that.
