Yes, external on the 74.5, internal on the 75. Other than that, the swingarm was about the only difference. 75.5 brought the change from 4 speed to 5 speed ...

I have frame 395441 and it is still a 74.5 frame. I saw frame number 395649 and I think it was still a 74.5. I don't know where the '75 frames stated coming...
