What will help get you to not punch to head is to practice WTF style. You really need to come to a training so I can get you set up on your TKD black belt requirements, Olympic style sparring practice, and I can give you some pointers on things you can do at home to help.

It don't look like I can make it to the Houston tournament. Sorry about that. They'll be plenty more. Would you want to do Olympic sparring at a local tournament? I think the one in Chauvin is coming up.
