This is a message to all of the DC's, Jt DC's, Vice RS's, HMO's,
RIC's, parents and Kids - What a great job you are all doing this
spring! In the last month we have had two rallys involving 6 of the
regions clubs with another one scheduled before the end of the month.
We had a great clinic put on by the Santa Fe club with participants
from 3 clubs with Daniel Stewart, an Olympic team coach - both kids
and Moms alike think that he is pretty amazing - not to mention cute
and funny. The High Country club is having a hunt day. This is
wonderful to see so many of our Region's members participating in a
variety of activities and having a great time.
I have personally attended a couple of these events and I just
wanted to thank you all. I have gone on and on to my cohorts at the
office about how these kids are out having a great time just being
kids. With all of the negativity in the news today, I am so proud to
be involved with an organization that turns out good people.
Our Regional Rally is coming up in St. John's on April 14-15 and I
urge you all to come with as many of your members as you can. It is
not so much the competition as it is the friendships and interactions
with fellow horse lovers that make these events so memorable. If you
don't want to bring the above mentioned horse, we need stable
managers! It will be a great spring weekend in Arizona. What could
be better?
