The first Sunday and third Saturday of each month we have a clubwide mounted
meeting,
usually followed by unmounted sessions. The Sunday lesson is 1-4, depending on
weather, type of activity, etc. The Saturday sessions run 9 - 12 or so. There is
no charge
for these unless we have a guest instructor. The groups are divided by rider
rating/
capability of horse, and while each group is riding another group is getting
their
unmounted. Cs usually help teach the D1 and D2 groups. Members are expected to
RSVP
to Nancy, Lisa or Monica by Wednesday before the lesson, and to plan for there
to be a
lesson on these days unless informed otherwise.

Every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday there are optional after-school lessons,
$20
each. D2s ride Mondays, D1s on Wednesdays, and D3/Cs ride Thursdays. These do
not
count toward club participation, they are a separate, optional service but
recommended.

All lessons are subject to change for weather, footing, illness, etc. and if
there are last-
minute additions we know of (such as a visiting instructor with another club) we
make
changes on the fly and alert everyone by e-mail or phone as possible.

April 14-15 regional dressage and show jumping rallies in St. John's, AZ.
June 4-9 tentative date for our club D camp
June 10 regional Quiz competition in St. John's, AZ.
June 11-15 regional summer camp in St. John's, AZ.
July 23-29 USPC National Championships Rally in Lexington, KY (we will be
sending a quiz
team and a couple of riders so far)
In August we'll likely have another club rating test, Ds and Cs as needed
In the fall we usually have a horse management clinic and/or mock rally
December 1 holiday light parade (we do a float)
December 2 set up the luminaria walk fundraiser at the North Mesa Stables.
