Oh, forgot to include this info: For each competitor, I will not be able to update ratings online to correct them if they're wrong, so be sure, DCs, that you've turned in any new ratings update forms to carli@ponyclub.org for them to be correct.
Also, I'll need
Parent email address,
cell phone number,
competitor T-shirt size, and
horse info if applicable.
I also have to include a CHAPERONE name, chosen from a drop down list of all parents listed on 2009 USPC members paperwork. If a person who's not listed is the chaperone, I'll need to add them in, with address, phone, cell, etc. so please be sure I have that. Same for VOLUNTEER info, as teams cannot go to Champs without both CHAPERONES and VOLUNTEERS, who are not the same person.
Teams need chaperones to compete, and the competition needs volunteers to occur, as championships, like camp, is very much a hands-on event.
Once I've filled in that info, parents will get an email with info they're supposed to provide and they must turn that in before JULY 10 or their child's entry will be refused.
