Thanks Everyone who came out last night to practice our Forms. It's a
real pleasure to share the floor and sweat with you all, you worked
hard and I was very pleased by what I saw. The Liu Seong Forms are a
treasure and we are all very fortunate that Sifu George has reached
out to a few Masters in the system and preserved these forms for us
to study from. It's from his efforts that we have such a wealth of
material to draw from. I am very grateful for his teachings.
The ACIFA hasn't completely closed, its just condensed/moved into its
sister school in Fairport, under the care of Sifu Tom. The school is
called Fairport Gung Fu and they have a web site up, they are
training hard most everyday of the week. Sifu George is teaching Saturday's.
Again....thanks to all who came out last night, Clint

Hello;
Tonights Forms practice is at 6pm, we'll go till about 8pm, would
you like to have a late dinner at the King & I or just have a cold
Lager or Ale after practice at the Dojo?
See you all at the ACIFA old location at HARP Karate, $5-10 mat
fee for tonights practice.
Clint
Hello Everyone,
This is a good idea, I sincerely hope that you continue this. Since I'm in
Buffalo (and just read about this today), I won't be attending, but I would
definitely like to.
Take care.

Hello; I would like to offer an opportunity for all ACIFA Alumni to get together and practice our Forms. We can use the ACIFA room at Harp with a small $5-10 donation, train for a few hours, 6-8pm. Then those that would like to continue the festivities we could head over to the King & I for refreshment. How does the 10th or 17th work for you all? I'm in, who else? kind regards, Clint

Hello, Good to hear from you, you are very fortunate to be a student
of Master Copeland, I have great respect for him.
We are located in Rochester NY , at the HARP Karate school, 80
Rockwood Pl. Couple hours away from you, there are over a dozen
forms we practice in the Liu Seong Arts, lots of good technique to
be pulled out of the forms.
take care, Clint

Hi everyone,
Pat just called and informed me that anyone going to Sifu George's class
tomorrow may have a tough time getting in. There is a parade scheduled and main
street will be closed off.
Just to give you the heads up. You might want to leave early and use your
stealth abilities to sneak in.
Thanks!

I will be teaching Saturday Mornings at the Fairport NY school of Tom Garman.
There will be a 10:30am Kids Class (10:30-11:30) Then an adult class 11:30 to 12:30 for the month of August then in September it changes to Kids Class 10:00 to 11:00 and Adults 11:00 to 12:00.
The adult class will be more instruction than workout. You have all week to train hard so Saturday will be your time to ask questions and work on different aspects of the system with me.
Last Saturday we worked on Tai So breath and we worked on some different exercises using Tai So. This week I will be touching on Tai So again and also on Shielding.
Hi Everyone,
Joe Salamone will be teaching his Wednesday class at 6:30-8:30 PM at Sifu Tom's
School in Fairport. Please remember that there is a $10 fee for this class.
I hope to see you there.
In Peace,
Mark Schrader
Hi all,
I just want to confirm that Joe Salamone will be teaching his regular Wednesday
class (7/15/09) - 6:30-8:30 PM at the Chinese-Indonesian Self Defense School in
Fairport.
Peace,
Mark Schrader
Does anyone happen to have contact info for Daniel Harris, in Richmond?
I know he was talking about opening a school a few years ago, and think
he might already be teaching a few people informally. I got contacted
by someone in VA Beach looking to train, and he's a lot closer to
Richmond than he is to Alexandria, but I can't find Dan's contact info
to give him a call and find out if he's taking students.
Thanks
