We're all rooting for you here, Carl.  You don't even know how inspirational you are.  Stay strong.
If you can't call George, e-mail him.  He'll love hearing from you.
 
If you do end up losing your voice, and you get one of those throat-voice-box thingies, we're going to pick on you and call you "Darth Vader".  Just so you know.  (And then we'll run like hell.)
 
Seriously, we love you.  Get well and come back and visit when you can.  You should probably wait until it's warm up here.
