I agree with you about the foul weather friend being the best! I am
thrilled to hear how well everyone is doing. I am signed up for my first
class to get back in school. I am looking forward to hydrotherapy. After
that it is Natural Nutrition. I have finished my first write through of
my book and am still working on rewriting it. It felt so good to write
the last sentence. I know it needs A LOT of work but to have it completed
once all the way through meant a lot to me.
I have also been working on improving my health and body image. I am the
same size that I was in about 10th grade. Well that and early college but
early college I only obtained it by being anorexic. This time I have done
it right.
It is so good to hear from you! I love hearing abotu all of your
successes! I have not done martial arts down here. The school that Kevin
loved would be a difficult commute for me. I have stepped away for the
time being but I have focused on the energy aspects and working on other
aspects of myself. I truly feel that this move was the best thing that I
could have done!
Love
Heather
