We should stay in touch. I'm in Chicago now, no more fog for me.
If your student is that excited, hopefully this fellow Bill can keep him in the
same system -
that way he can continue that connection to you. This sort of thing can be very
important
in the early stages of training insofar as keeping enthusiasm up. However, if
Mr. Anderson
is not available or otherwise inconvenient, I'd be happy to take him in.
I'm not organizing this years Silat-A-Palooza - it's in Portland this year. I'll
probably host it
here next year... maybe recruit some fresh faces from this board. The goal
remains the
same: a non-school focused, non-sectarian, no-spin training zone for folks who
love
these arts.
