Alright, alright.... no fighting on my Lenny group! I for one
appreciate the info Thad gives us. Esp since I havn't gotten a chance
to talk to Lenny lately.. other than in Anaheim. Plus Thad is his
friend so he gets better info, lol.

After talking to Lenny earlier before he went into the clubhouse we
both agreed that he isn't the "reliver" type of pitcher that Boston
wants him to be. He does better starting and we all saw he got
stronger as the game went on. He isn't sure about starting again so
who knows. Just wanting till the 19 so hopfully I can go down to Tampa
and we can celebrate Lenny's bday. Oh girls his birthday is the 19th

After talking to Lenny earlier before he went into the clubhouse we
both agreed that he isn't the "reliver" type of pitcher that Boston
wants him to be. He does better starting and we all saw he got
stronger as the game went on. He isn't sure about starting again so

Lenny will be activated on Friday before the Orioles game and will be
the starting pitcher! His first major-league start...

I know whats up with that?!?! Dont worry too much because Lenny will be
called up again in abouut a week.

I am so happy. I went to Anaheim this weekend to see the Sox play
Saturday and Sunday and Lenny was called up Saturday!!! He was super
nice everytime we saw him. I also got to see him pitch Saturday. He
didnt do super great, but its ok. I took a bunch of pics of him so I
will post them when I get a chance.

finally he gets his chance!  now i'm happy...hope he does good.

well...only 2 weeks and lenny could be up...for more than 2 days.  i
hope they bring anibal sanchez or jon lester up too...i met them on
monday.  i doubt they'd bring lester up but sanchez is on the 40 man
so it's possible.  but anyway...we have something to look forward to..

Lenny got sent back down this morning when they called Papelbon up.. :(
Poor Lenny... I am so mad. Although I love him being called up and
getting to be in the big show, I was hoping they would send him down
last night when they sent Gabe up because I went to Pawtucket last
night. But oh well. I will have to go back down when Lenny is there. I
met Cla Meredith last night tho. He is a total sweetheart!

damn..i was hoping he'd get the start today.  they said it was between
him, gonzalez, and papelbon.  papelbon got it though.  total bum out,
i hope he gets to throw at least one pitch before he goes back down.
this coulda been his chance to show them that he should stay and could
be a starter..........damn

After talking to lenny on thursday for about 30 min we were talking
about the possible trade rumors and we both agreed that nothing big
will happen with the redsox at the trading deadline. We should be
optamistic ( i can't spell) because lenny and mike myers are the only
lefties in the pen. But as for the Lenny effect with girls wearing
those shirts, well just being around him when we go out no matter where
we have been or where we will go to hae a few beers Lenny has that
effect on all the girls lol. Trust me seen him say the dumbest pick-up
lines and get the girls. Anyway girls if you want to drink beer with
him you have to learn to drink a black and tan which his guniess and
bass. ANyway hope everyone is having a great day and try to post more
info after i talk to lenny again hopfully this weekend. later

Ouch! haha! Just happy for him, that's all. He doesn't mind (not too
much anyway) if he gets called up and doesn't get to pitch. He's
said several times that as long as he's in the majors, he'll run
bases or carry bats :) I'm rooting for him to pitch too, but hey, at
this point with the possibility of losing Bronson and Ortiz, we
gotta be happy about something!
