This part of the show really got my attention.
When I last did cardio I did it two different ways: either low
intensity/long duration(like 3-4 mile jogging) or moderate to high
intensity running or biking for shorter 12-20 minute periods. I never
tried any kind of interval training whatsoever.
I have read all over the place that low intensity long duration is
best for fat burning. Its like you said everyones got their own
opinion on it.
I am definately gonna give interval training a go on my off days
from the gym and see what happens.
