I'm so screwed. I've been trying to put some size on my lower body. I
found out that have been squatting incorrectly. I have developed slight
cartilage problems in my knees (basically my left knee). I'm doing
machine squats now with lighter weights. Two weeks ago I got the flu
from work (I work retail), so I haven't been doing my yoga regularly,
since then I have been feeling discomfort around my knees. If you or
someone has info on what I should do, please let me know.
