I never thought of doing squats and deadlifts in the same day. That
is brutal. Might have to give it a try though. I've been doing 20
rep sets of squats and leg presses the past couple weeks, which also
brutal. At least the way I do them it is. Felt close to passing out
the other day after a set of squats where it took literally every once
of energy I had to get the last couple reps. Sure is a fantastic
feeling when its over though! Quite a rush of, uhhhh - endorphins I
guess.
