More so the standing squatting motions hacks, smith squats. Those type
of movements put a great deal of stress on the spine, and as a result
the body builds up a lot of muscle to protect itself... the reason why
I think that squats and deadlifts are so effective.

Leg extension 2 warm ups 15-12 1 work set 10-12
Leg press 1 warm up 10-12 1 work set 12
hack squats 1 warm up 10-12 1 work set 12
