I didn't feel like working out Sunday, it might be lack of good sleep,
shit on my mind, or just one of those days.
I started off with leg extensions to warm up and worked up to 295 for
about ten reps, I then hit a set of squats, the weight felt heavy
today so I avoided the squats.
I decided on just pumping my legs so I combined walking lunges,
jumping squats and glute ham gastroc raises in one giant set for 3
rounds. I finishe dup my legs with 5 sets of single calf raises for 15
reps per set.
I'm glad I did something today, I'll be back..
