Saturday night I trained chest and arms at the gym in my friends
apartment building. The gym is well equipped for an apartment gym and
has hammer strength, life fitness equipment along with dumbbells up to
85lbs.

I started off with my chest and hit some Incline presses on the smith
machine. The angle of the smith machine isn't what I'm used to using,
it slopes back a bit and gave me a bit of delt irritation. I hit a few
warm up sets before doing 2 work sets alternated with the pek dek. I
threw in drop sets as well on both exercises.

I flattened out the bench press for a work set on the smith machine
for chest. I then did a body weight set of dips to finish chest.

For arms I performed e-z bar curl drop sets, triceps pushdown drop
sets, reverse grip pulldowns, and pullover and presses. Each movement
got 1 work set each.

It was a good overall workout.
