There are some amazing videos on Utube from Lee Labrada and Ed Corney.
I've lost 40 pounds from my peak weight of 225 but did it slowly
like you said over a period of about 8 months. And believe it or not,
I'm stronger now than I was then. So don't believe the hype, people!
Its definately possible to gain muscle and lose weight at the same
time if its done right.
Also I like what you said about practicing for 15-30 mins at a time.
Thats definately do-able --
