I hear ya.... Don't discount it though, it does have its benefits. You do it
without creating a
scene of cheering fans, all you need to do is squeeze the area hard without
actually posing
it. For example after you perform biceps curls you could contract your biceps
for 15-30
seconds after the sets. This techniques works excellently for bringing out that
last bit of
muscularity.
