Re: Benefits of Flexing

i'm not a competing BB, nor am i a narcissist, so i
practically NEVER actually FLEX my muscles. are there
any benefits to flexing? does it strengthen the
muscles at all, stimulate growth, enhance definition,
ANYTHING??

i've been working my legs more than normal lately and
i notice that to get the "tired feeling" out of my
quads i have to flex it out, is that peculiar to the
quads or what (or just mine)
