I agree with the majority of this, the ECA stack is highly effective when
married with proper
training, recovery and nutrition. Some people despite cycling the stack will be
prone to
side effects though. I myself incurred cramping and mood swings while taking the
stack
with a similiar cycle, but I am generally highly respondent to drugs so go
figure.

With anything make sure that you a a decent bill of health before proceeeding,
and start
minimal and build up from there.

I do agreee that the 12 Weeks to Beach Body Abs program is an ideal combination
to
create Teenage Ninja Turtle Ab development.... thats the title of my next book
right
there...chuckle.
