Whats up man,
For reasons such as bone length, muscle attachments, muscle size, etc.. each of
us has
exercises that we will shine on and others that we lag on. Typically most people
will be
strogest on the decline, a little weaker on the bench press, and a little bit
weaker on the
incline bench press...but like I said we all have our gifts and curses. I
wouldn't worry about
it.
