Agreed, and the higher up the mountain you get the more difficult it
gets to climb higher. What I have also found is that my strength
potential exceeds the abilty of my conective tissue structure, so I
could get bigger if I focused on building strength but the risk of
injury would be that much greater, and would eventually occur.

Using techniques such as pre exhuast has allowed me to train a
muscle hard without overloading the joints, which is very important
to me because I will be doing this for a long time to come.
