I buy our targets and tape from Alco targets in CA. they are .50 per target
with 1000 purchased, a little more with a 500 order. It really comes down to
shipping. I can get targets cheaper, but they come from idaho or kentucky, then
i pay 30% more on shipping.

metal targets from MGM or R&R. lookup randracing, you should find it. I can
get the web address for you if you need it. Plate racks are pricey. MGM does
make an econo model which works well. they are ar500 steel.
