Details of the timeshare:

• 1 bedroom accommodation at Astoria Plaza or in any RCI-affiliated resort.
• The unit is a full-service unit which includes 1 bedroom, kitchen, dining and living areas.
• 1 full week accommodation (holiday) every year for 30 years in Astoria Plaza or in any RCI-affiliated resort/hotel.
• Maximum of 4 persons are allowed to stay in the unit.

  • Red season – includes peak season, mid seasons and low seasons
  • White season – includes mid and low seasons only
  • Blue season – low seasons only
• Stay in Astoria Plaza Hotel can be done in a “split-week” arrangement, Sunday to Wednesday (4 days/3 nights) and Wednesday to Sunday (5 days/4 nights).
