Membership cards: Pending Design, Approval, and what else? Oh yeah, Production.
Treasury report: The Treasurer did not have the current balance with her but she stated that "No funds have been stolen or lost" thus dispelling rumors from last month's meeting about how Lamar has been financing all his new bikes.
Flyers: Greg needs more copies to place in the bike shops he frequents. We keep nailing Ben (
Bike Schedule and Scheduling Winter Rides: We discussed what to do about our normally scheduled Saturday morning rides since we never know if it's going to be 50 or 15 at 8am and there is some discrepancy on the definition of "acceptable riding weather."
It was determined that we should utilize this Web Sites Message/Posting to coordinate times and locations. So keep your eye on the weather forecasts and post messages about what time you think will provide the best ride conditions.
Club Insurance: No updates
Club Logo: We have not received any new Logo designs for two months, so we decided to go with one of the designs from Ben's artist co-worker friend.
CLUB SPONSORSHIP: The meeting is currently being held at one of our potential sponsor's locations. They did not forget any food orders for the first time in three meetings! However the service staff was still slower than Griz during hibernation. We're a happy fun loving group, we'll wait for new and slower riders, we'll wait for riders doing roadside repairs, just don't make us wait for drink or food!
We are still open for more sponsorship suggestions to add to our current list.

· Others were mentioned but I did not get it documented on who was checking with whom.
· If you think someone might be interested, then get off your tail and ask them!
· We still need to find out how much it will cost for various size logo's on various locations on the jerseys before next months meeting! We need this information to help potential sponsors determine what they want to do.
· Our goal is for each sponsor to at least double the amount it will cost to have their logo added to the jerseys.
· Badger to follow up with Ben about the
· Travis mentioned being able to get samples to check out sizes if we give vendors a deposit.
Constitution & Bylaws: Keith brought examples from various other clubs to the meeting. He will whip out something about the bylaws and will send it out for review before next meeting. We may or may not have assigned a sub committee for reviewing them.
Time Trials for next year: Planning to hold them at the
We're looking for ideas on how to streamline the race next season. Splitting the group and having two separate races where a couple people volunteer to time and wait till the first group finishes before they get to race will extend the overall length of our races with the two lap format. If you have thoughts on how to improve on that method please let us know.
Current suggestions and thoughts are:
Switch timers as soon as the first person finishes and can take over, rather than waiting for the entire first group to finish before changing timers.
Beg some non-riding friends or family to be our timer(s).
Get a sponsor to donate a multi thousand dollar chip timing system!!

OPEN Discussion
- Several members had fun at the Shoal Creek Wilderness Run. In keeping with tradition, Sherry's race number was 691.
- Since many of us are active with other sports, we thought it should be okay to add other Running, Swimming, Orienteering, or other similar events or training schedules to the calendar.
- If I'm not mistaken, Oct 28th was Greg (Moonshines) 22nd birthday anniversary.
- Sherry is following a proven training plan to prepare for Rock n Roll Marathon.
- Steve is using the R&R training plan to prepare for the R-n-R marathon.
FIMQ (Foot In Mouth Quote) of the meeting: "I can go both ways"
- Spoken by: Richard
- What we believe Richard really meant: "I can take it any way I want"
