Having problems with message search?
A small group of LCCers plus a guest cranked out some fast times in the Time Trial on July 10th. Jim - who was previously named "Yak" - joined us as an exhibitionist. Jim was decked-out in the old Lakeside Cycling Club logo jersey and had ridden a few times with the "old" LCC. Although Jim doesn't seem to particularly like the "Yak" label, Softie advised him to keep it. You never know what other names could pop up, eh Softie?
On to the trial.
Softie Dan raced to a new track record of 8:51, beating Hammer's old record of 8:58. His record ride moved him ahead of Dover for second place in the season standings. Moonshine scorched the road with his best time of the year and passed DD for 7th place for the season. Badger clung to first overall despite coming in last this week while having his second best time of the year. C'mon guys - give me a break.
