Back in "the day" we used the 21 as race training. It made a difference come
Saturday mornings.

A 21 Mile TT sounds great to me!
Most Triathlons and Duathlons are 12-15 miles so they'd seem easy
after a 12 weeks of 21's! I also vote we encourage every fast rider
we can find. I say raise the bar, then of course, hit the bar.
