Polar Plunge

Please help us make 2007 our biggest event ever. Come join the swim
or just come to watch the fun. It's time for all the first timers to
get their feet wet. This is the area's hottest New Years Day event.

The swim takes place at Shepards Beach in the village of Lake George
at 2 pm. Participants are asked to sign up at Duffy's Tavern or
Simple Simon's prior to the swim. Please come early, allowing
yourself plenty of time to travel, sign-up and get ready.

Swimmers are advised to bring the following: a friend to hold/watch
your stuff, towel(s), swimming shoes, lose clothing to wear over swim
suit prior to swim, and warm clothing for after the swim. Swimmers
can change in Duffy's Tavern or Simple Simons.
