Congratulations to the 12 guys who played this weekend in the Cheesesteaks tournament and came home VICTORIOUS!! 5-0 record with an impressive +/- to boot. The victory came with a trophy and a set of practice jerseys, GOOD WORK.
The victory didn't come without a price. Nick Lynch got concussed (feel better), Mike Kelly suffered an arch injury (that's Karma for you...Mike played for Brandywine on the day), and Nate Cote got kicked in the nuts. But we press on as a squad.
THIS WEEKEND AND SURFSIDE
We had thought we were only going to have one team this weekend in the Maryland Exiles tourney, but some of my Baltimore rugby teammates are interested in playing for us on the second side, so I am trying to put a second team together. So...PLEASE EMAIL ME if you are interested in playing this weekend. The tourney is about 45 minutes outside of BAltimore, so all are welcome to my place friday night and/or sat. night if they want.
Looks like we'll have 5 or 6 baltimore guys, so we'll need 5 or 6 LV guys for a full second side. PLEASE GET BACK TO ME ASAP!!!!
