Holy sheet - 2007 already. Time flies.
1. NEXT *READING* HASH: This coming Sunday 1/7 we will be enjoying the trail laying skills of some guest hares from the BEN FRANKLIN MOB in Philly. Lead by GMtress CUNTING SEASON this motley crew will be waiting for you at 2PM at the Kenhorst Community Park playground. An A-A trail. A good turnout will be a good thing. I will be away for the next 5 or 6 days with the Army but will attempt to bust loose by 2P.
2. NEXT FREE HASH WITH FREE BEER: Hbg-Hershey's DOODLE & WILD CHERRY will be haring the "FREE BEER FOR ALL THE HASHERS" hash this SATURDAY 1/6 at 1:45PM in Mechanicsburg. It truly is free and last year's apres was a blast. Hot tubbing included. And yes, they will probably be singing that damned song. :p
3. QUARTER POUND HER: A few days ago I stopped in to see QPH and ran into FART CONNOR, DELIA and SCRAMBLED PORN as they were leaving. He is really fading and his memory is often very short. JUSTY said he usually now has to wear a collar to keep his head up when he eats. FART left a photo of DELIA on his bulletin board (with 'thinking of you from H5 and RH3' on the back) QPH tried to tell me he saw them and pointed at the dog pic.
A 10 or 15min visit means a lot to him. Goto the Lebanon VA and veer to the right. Enter the side of the far right building (Bldg 1 I think) and goto the 4th floor. Turn left at the T and his room is down the hall on the right. Nerd name=Jason Phipps.
4. YUENGLING HASH: The 2nd anal running of the YUENGLING HASH HOUSE HARRIERS will be held on Saturday 1/27. The mansion is booked. The hash hotel info was just posted. Complete details go up soon. We had a blast last year so please plan to attend. If you have any musical ability bring your (musical) instruments. Your hares are: DEATHWISH and EAGER BEAVER.
5. A REWARD HAS BEEN POSTED: for anyone who sights PEED BY ME. She must be in BERKS County at the time. Sighting have been frequent in the Lehigh Valley but rare here.
6. JUST LAYS THERE'S VIRGIN HARING: I will be lending my limited wisdom to the ever petite, lovely and virginal haring JUST LAYS THERE for a trail on Sunday 2/4/07. Info to be posted.
7. OUR BLOODY VALENTINES HASH: BD is trying to decide on a date but it looks like it will be 2/11/07 which is also G's Death Day. You can bet your arse that we will be raising a toast to him and that this trail WONT be cancelled. Next to the hares of the TMI 69th, BETWEEN DICKS/LITTLE BITTY TITTY/CUMS WHEN SHE PLEASES/JUST THE FUTURE MR CUMS WHEN SHE PLEASES have secured their place in local hashing infamy. Watch the hash schedule.
8. FINALIZATION OF THE FORMER JUSTKELLY's HASH NAME: After 7 full days of residing in the sweat lodge, consulting linguistics experts and making "that sound" over and over and over again - I had a vision and finalized her hash name. The proclaimed and official name is:
BLAWB LAWB LAWB LAWB.
This spelling is how the sounds lay out in words and assures a unique name. Plus her schtick in explaining it is priceless. ( If you havent met this bimbo you will get it when you see her)
9. ST PATRICKS DAY: Its on a Saturday this year. I again have a military weekend but I will get out of 3/17 even if I have to shoot myself in the foot!! In spite of the 2006 Molly's Pub event being a shadow of its former self - there is just something about piping in the day at 530AM and being sauced up by 7AM. Tentative plans are to start in Lancaster and then hit Barbons, Booboos and the Coachlight late afternoon before Trooper Thorns in the evening. At 1145P we goto the cemetery for the Hannahoe's Grave service.
The short telling of the ceremonies history is followed by three songs and then it formally ends. Of course we dont do much formally so the hashers lead a handful of other drunks to the actual grave where we pass around Jameson Irish Whiskey and throw silver coins on the grave.
This is one of the most unique and long-lasting ceremonies in the United States. In the 1940s it drew 10,000 people. There is something magical about being there at midnight (and actually LIVING through being near Cotton Street at night!) as the Pagoda glows away.

10. STINKO DE MAYO: Ahhh, STINKO. One of the best hash weekends anywhere. It will be indeed be 4,5,6MAY07. If you havent been there you should. We usually seem to have far fewer people go than we should as the next closest kennel. Its a GREAT hash weekend. Details will start to roll out in the next few months but mark your calendars now.
11. RECRUITING: We ALL have friends, enemies or acquantances who would enjoy hashing. While most of us love telling people about the hash there are some who have more trepidation than a young faggot trying to come out of the closet to his retired Marine father while a John Wayne marathon plays on TV. Dont be afraid - hashing might hurt but its better than being a poofter.
The best recruiting is word of mouth. Not everyone you recruit will run away to the Lehigh Valley. Some will stay and help our beloved and historic kennel to grow and thrive. Preferably your recruiting will be bimbos but we will lay flour for just about anyone. The point? We ALL have to work at recruiting so bring a virgin soon.

Reading HHH - Not f'ing perfect, sometimes not enough beer on trail but we wear kilts and we have a big-assed Pagoda. Visitors always welcome.
