Hi Trail Runners,

I was wondering if anyone would be interested to join me on a Conestoga Trail Run primer on any one of the following Sundays?

Aug. 9th
Aug. 16th
Sept. 6th

I know it's a bit away, but summer schedules are busy...I was thinking to have a run on the trail before the race but need a buddy or two so we could drop cars at the start/finish. We would start early to beat the summer heat, time to be determined. Pace will not be fast, no one left behind.

If anyone is interested, let me know. The more the merrier.
