i had fun running the millersville mile last night in perfect weather.
i was 7 seconds slower than last year and for now i'm going with the "i
should not have had an all you can eat chinese buffet for lunch"
excuse.

didn't see a whole lot of other lrrc'ers, but am very happy to report
abby arndt won the woman's race, and first time miler jeanne sikora won
her age group - both women took home very nice trophies!

also saw doug arndt, kary zimmerman, bob (long?), and probably a bunch
i missed.
