Had a great time at the Conestoga Trail Run on Sunday. Beautiful
weather, great trail conditions, and very organized race as usual...
except for some of the directionally challenged runners.
I can hardly believe I've been visiting Conestoga every fall for ten
years. Time flies. Especially when you're climbing on all fours up to
the pinnacle suckin' for more oxygen.
Thanks Bill, and all the volunteers. I know eventually there may not
be a Conestoga race to test myself against, and I'll have a tough time
finding a worthy race to take it's place.
I was looking back over my times at conestoga from previous years,
and found that on Sunday I ran almost the same time as I did in
the inaugural event (93) I'm consistent if nothing else.
