Lancaster Road Runners Club
Promoting road and trail running as well as the full on pursuit of fun in Lancaster PA. Please see the calendar or official website (http://lrrclub.org) for regularly scheduled club events. Any and all are welcome to join in. Topics can range widely. Even oddball fitness trends will develop from time to time that supplant actual running. If talk deviates from actual running, don't worry, sooner or later it will return.

Our group pertains to Lancaster PENNSYLVANIA, (PA) USA, NOT Lancaster OH, TX, AR, FL, KS, MN, Missouri, NH, OR, SC, TN, WA or VA. Though if you've got interesting things to say, good beer or great coffee to share, or have some kind of positive attribute, who cares where yurrr from, come join the fun.
