This group was formerly named 'TexasLD', and was founded by Dave Hughes for the purpose of planning the first annual 'Texas LD Shootout' in Oct. 2004, but since then, he decided to broaden the scope of the group.
For personal reasons, Dave resigned from administrating the group in 2008 and gave the responsibility over to Tibor.

P.S. - Prospective members - if you want to join this group, YOU MUST leave a message that will convince the Moderator that you are genuinely interested in LD, and not a SPAMMER. Say something in the message that indicates any knowledge you have of LD or boomerangs in general. If you do not leave such a message, your membership approval WILL BE DENIED.
