Having problems with message search?

The promoter of the Time Trial Championships has just gotten word from the Sheriff's office that they will not be able to accommodate the race that we had tentatively rescheduled for October 26. Obviously, we are about out of time as far as this season goes. I am therefore issuing a last-ditch call for a promoter who thinks he can make it happen, before November. Please contact me directly ASAP if you or your club can take over the event at a new location on such short notice. If something cannot be arranged in the next week, I am afraid we may have to cancel the TT Championship for this year.

Subject: ITTRandy,Spoke to my contact in Laplace today. Bottom line, we need to cancel the time trial or find someone else who wants to put it on at a different location. Evidently, they are short on deputies who can do details this time of year because there is a huge turn around at marathon that is taking alot of their personnel. I also don't want to push these guys b/c of future use of the course. They have been very accomodating in the past and i want to keep us in good standing with them.Next year, we need to schedule this way before the threat of tropical activity.Todd
