A happy new year to all of you! This year will be an exciting year
of growth and development for all of us in Kokikai Aikido, as it
always is. As long as you keep coming to classes, you will develop
and you will continue to improve. Just look at how far you have
come! Regular practice is so worth it.

Sometimes it is difficult to get ready and travel to another class
but I used to always tell myself when I was a student and didn't have
to be there, that I had never regretted going to a class! Usually
once the class was over, I felt so good!

As you continue to grow in Kokikai Aikido, Kokikai Aikido continues
to grow. It has been so exciting to see and feel the strength of this
style. Keep up the good work. I am so proud of all of you!
