It is being reported that the former Tokitsukaze-oyakata, Junichi Yamamoto, will be arrested and formally charged for his participation in the lynching of former stablemate, Takashi Saito, who died on June 26th after two days of hazing and torture at the hands of the stable master and several rikishi in the stable. As of last night's Royal Rumble pay per view, WWE has adopted a new policy that any fans taking photos or video with their cell phones at WWE events will be removed from the building. WWE had its staff specifically instruct building employees that they are to be on the lookout for those using their cell phones.
